Duo for a job

Duo for a Job is born of the necessity of young people with migrant background to integrate in the host country’s job market and from the potential of experience sharing of experienced people with a whole life experience in the job market.

The “seniors” help the young people to analyse their skills as well as to identify and achieve professional objectives. They support them in the preparation of interviews, update of CVs and cover letters. Once paired, the young person and his or her mentor meet for two hours a week for six months.

It aims to achieve a win-win situation in which young people with migrant background are inserted in the job market whilst seniors valuable experience is revalorized.
