Working Group Meeting with MAX project partners

MAX project partners gathered remotely on 31 September, 1 & 2 October for a three-day workshop. The working group meeting was initially planned to take place in Amsterdam, but due to the COVID19 constraints, the meeting had to be reorganized in an online mode.

During the three-day workshop, the partners had the opportunity to discuss the economic, cultural and societal opportunities and challenges for migrants in the EU and try to come up with upcoming policy recommendations regarding that.

Apart from the fact that the project partners had the chance to put forward solutions and proposals for the policy-making, they also had the opportunity to hear from guest speakers being Vincent Catot from EU Home Affairs, Anila Noor and Razan Ismail from the New Women Connectors, who contributed to the discussion with their expertise and knowledge in the field.

During the last day of the meeting, MAX project partners also discussed the forthcoming activities for MAX including the organization of the DDFs, for which we will keep you informed in the next coming days.

Follow us on our social media channels and stay tuned for the policy recommendations that we will share with you by the end of the year.
